These Terms of Service govern all orders placed with Avion Peptides, Hauptstrasse 142, 4416 Bubendorf, Switzerland. By placing an order you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or qualified professional entity, and that you are legally permitted to purchase and handle research compounds in your jurisdiction.

All products are sold exclusively as research materials. They are not medicines, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics, and they may not be resold for any such purpose. The buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying local regulations, for the safe handling and storage of the materials, and for their use by qualified personnel only.

Quotations are valid for 30 days. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping. Avion Peptides may decline any order at its discretion, including orders that suggest an intended use outside laboratory research. Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Basel-Landschaft, Switzerland.

We collect only the data required to process enquiries and orders: contact name, institution, email address, shipping details, and order history. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data is stored on servers located in Switzerland and the EU and is protected in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and GDPR principles. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contact@avionpeptides.com.

This website does not use advertising trackers. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser and never transmitted to us.

Orders are dispatched from Bubendorf, Switzerland, in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging. Lyophilized peptides are stable during transport at ambient temperature; cold-chain shipping with gel packs is used where a product or destination climate requires it.

Standard dispatch is within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Transit times vary by destination; tracking is provided for every shipment. The buyer is responsible for import permissions and customs clearance in the destination country.

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, returns are accepted only for unopened vials with intact seals, reported within 14 days of delivery, and after written authorization. Damaged or incorrect shipments are replaced at no cost when reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic documentation.

All products offered by Avion Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind and must not be used as drugs, foods, food additives, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or household chemicals.
